 Raymond A. Wallace (Ray) has been practicing as an accountant since 1973. He is a graduate with honors from Mount Ida College, Newton, MA, has attended Massasoit Community College and Bentley College for extended accounting and taxation.

A tax specialist who provides businesses and individuals with strategic tax planning, bookkeeping and consulting services, Ray also works extensively with startup companies, assisting them in making the appropriate tax decisions and establishing a business structure that will minimize the overall tax burden on the owner.




In the late 70's and early 80's Ray worked in the private sector as a comptroller of a medical/surgical appliance manufacturing company in Boston (American Medical Disposables, Inc). He was part owner of a medical import/export company also located in Boston (International Medical Products, Inc) After which he resumed his Tax Practice in Brockton and then in West Bridgewater. Ray is also a registered funeral director and licensed embalmer in Massachusetts. In addition he is a Notary Public in Massachusetts. Adept in simplifying complex tax matters, Ray will help you understand the issues facing you and their impact on your business. This will help you make informed decisions to implement your corporate strategy and guide your company into the future.



Michael E. Holland
Michael E. Holland (Mike) began working in this industry in January 2007. Mike is a graduate from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor of Science, Management in January 2007, and an Associates Degree in Business Administration in June 2004.

Mike was on the Dean's List his entire college career. Mike has gained hands on experience in income tax preparation and has become adept and proficient in all aspects of the QuickBooks Premier Accounting System. Mike has also had experience while he was attending college as an office manager for a plumbing, heating and HVAC company. He currently is the owner of a small business in which he does storage for local colleges which have students from all over the country. This experience gives him a diverse understanding when working with individuals and with small businesses.

Ellen C. Spina has joined our firm as a Tax Assistant. Ellen comes to us from the legal field where she earned her Paralegal Certification from Northeastern University. In her Paralegal capacity, Ellen worked with clients in various accounting aspects, i.e., preparing settlement statements in real estate closings, accounts for estates, financial statements for domestic cases, as well as client billing and invoicing, among other things. Ellen is also a Notary Public.
